Red top battery question

Hi

today I got my new Red Top Battery for my Cerb and I have got some questions:

What happens if the battery is flat? Will it be damaged like a normal battery or can you just recarge it and it will be fine?

I will put the battery in this weekend. Shall I do something special or put it in like a normal battery?

yes iv bin told it can be recharged from flat and if you are gonna leave it for weeks at a time.And yes you can fit it like a normal battery

If fully charged, it can remain unused for up to 12 months at room temperature (or below) and still start a vehicle according to there web site and also states an increased cycle life and fast recharge capability; for rapid voltage recovery in short driving cycles.
