Looks very nice, thing is though, with rFactor being one of those programs where patches keep appearing, couldn't they just release another patch? Or am I missing something? Fair enough if it is re-designed from the ground up, but IMO it doesn't need to be, the current one is still pretty good.

Couple of reasons really, the main one being a patch doesn't make them any more money but a new game does.


I suspect the physics engine is significantly updated and it probably utilises directx 10 as well, so should be a decent step forward.

I think the only thing that will make me want upgrade is if tracks are significantly better.
I cant see them improving the tracks much, they might make them look nicer but will they be more realistic/accurate?

Hope my pc will cope with it! I had finally got to the stage with th old one that my pc will run it smoothly with everything on maximum and 50 plus cars on track! Hoping I don't have to go back to lower details and a few cars at a time. It does look excellent though. smile
