dash light problem on and off

ok, here goes, ive got a e46 m3
all of my lights were on, t/c, tyre pressure, SMG, now this happened before and it was a sticking caliper, bought a repair kit and it fixed it.
they came on again, i noticed a screw in the front tyre, so got that repaired, lights still on!
drove around for a while like this, went on the motorway doing 80 ish all the way for 30odd miles got off to refuel, turned car back on lights out, eh?
came home lights still off, cool
went out a bit later for a hoon, still no lights then coming home lights on, thought must be a sticking caliper again, so jacked it up both wheels turn freely.
now ive come to a dead end dont know what it is/could be any ideas or anyone had this happen?, or should i just take it to the dealers?
