I believe the 350i Wedge has same spec engine as Rover SD1 Vitesse.

Also, ECU has Range Rover speed limiter (113mph) removed,so make sure you get that too.

Try http://www.tvrwedgepages.co.uk

Lots of info' there. smile

It also had tubular manifolds - unlike the SD1.

Do you mean the engine itself or the ancilliaries as well?

Although some were tuned slightly the standard lump is from the Vitesse with all of the viscous stuff removed from the front. I never understood why TVR didn't use the Vitesse ecu but it's the RR one modified; there are a few mods as well as the top speed being removed - perhaps this is what Rover did for the Vitesse? Mark Adams is probably the best person to ask. The free flowing exhaust manifolds were TVR fabricated from very thin steel to assist heat dissipation and rust holes. The air filter was replaced with a high flow sponge type filter. Some later models had bigger valves, tuned cams and altered ecus but I think that these are pretty rare. The flapper and butterfly valve are the main restrictions left. The main advantage of the 3.5 over the larger cc models is the reliability as the heat eventually destroys the larger engines but to get extra power fitting a 4.6 is the cheapest way to go.
