AHHHH !! Need an 8mm Videe Cam. Anyone help ? Sheffield area

Finally decided to copy my old 8mm tapes onto the pc and my Canon Camera has died. I bet it's only had around 30 hours total useage and been stored in dry environment. Just shows that electronic stuff goes off if not used ...

The upshot is I need an 8mm player or cam to copy a dozen vids to the computer.

If anyone in the Sheffield area has one they would be prepared to hire out for a few days I would be extrememly gratefull !!
