If engine is broken then costs between £2K and £7K to fix.
It is listed as CAT D and so I guess this knocks a third off the value.
IF it needs welding etc then this could cost £2K ish.
If the interior / electronics are stuffed from water ingress then this could cost heaps!
So it might not be a bargain. You can buy a good un for £9K ?

Guess it's priced to sell and at least they are being honest about the problems.

And probably not cost effective to put everything right, ie cost more than any resale value.
