I really wouldn't bother with the Kazaa network anymore, the RIAA have successfully destroyed it with their damaged music files and the like.

Then there are the amount of virii that are around.

Then the amount of incorrectly named files.

Kazaa is dead. Find an alternative

Kazaa is most definately not dead at all, its still a marvellous source of movies and software. It was never any good for music.

My recommendations that have saved me about £50K in the last 3 years.

eMule Plus - Movies and Software
Kazaa Lite K++ - Movies and Software
Soulseek - Music

congratulations then, the rest of the world seems to. The other thing about Kazaa is that is the main Peer-2-Peer app, as such thats the main concentration of the RIAA and similar companies. Which is a shame really.

Overnet/Emule... all work of the eDonkey network, which is half decent.
SoulSeek is good, but is getting way to popular now.
Kazaa is still useful for smaller files & software. Movies are possible as well.

IMesh uses the Kazaa network, only with more spyware.
