On my way to work today and I saw the most amazing pair of heels walking in front of me with a red sole, I had to give the wearer a second glance, turns out she was a dissapointing 1664, but what is it about the current trend of womens heels and boots that has such a huge effect on the attractiveness of a woman, more than any other item of clothing or accessory?

Shoes are 95% of a woman's outfit. Get the the shoes right and she'll look hot. Get the the shoes wrong and every other millimetre of her can be perfect, but she'll look naff.
