Just planning ahead really.
I was wondering what are the reccomended tyres to go for and also should i stick to the same make and model on both the front and the rear or is it safe (or perhaps even beneficial) to go fo ray pirellis at the back and michelins at the front?

They used to I believe, but now come with Michelins I'm told...hence dealers tend to use Michelins as standard for the M5 now and not conti's...

Conti's on mine and am curious on the Michelins...might try em next..

PS2s are better than the Contis (I switched last summer) and they are homologated for the car (as are the Contis) - you can tell by the star on the sidewall.
