E30 M3 Track Day Tyre Choice and Pressures
Discussion
A few mates have used and like 888's - think they run them at 25 psi.
I used Dunlop D01G - they were great and despite the soft compound lasted well but were replaced by D02Z, which I can't comment on.
Currently have Kuhmo Ecsta V70 Hard Compound R tyres, as used in the BMW Kumho Championship.
They are great and I run them at 28 psi hot, however they don't come in the factory size for 16" wheels, so I have 205/45 - 16's.
Hope this helps.

Thanks - the car is sat on 18" at the moment - may have to change them.
