Usually, bits go in different places on different S's depending on what mood TVR were in at the time of building it. wink

Welcome to the forum Mike, I remember my drive home when I bought mine (although it was only about 50 miles) I'm sure you will remember it for a long time, don't forget to wash all the salt off the chassis though.

Cheers.....Tony..

Good luck in the restoration I'm very happy my old car is going to get the TLC it deserves. Remember to keep the piccies flowing as I'd appreciate a regular update of the restoration and I'm sure it will be of interest to all on this forum.

Have fun.

Welcome to the forum, you won't regret buying the S.

I've had mine for nearly 6 years, I've done 25,000 miles and I still smile every time I start it up. Every single time. They are fantastic cars.

I wish I was driving it home, but it will be a long drive with a trailer and a few boxes of bits!
Plan is to get it on the road for SCH!
Looking forward to hearing it start for the first time!

Just wait for the first drive! Even if it stays ont he trailer for a while it will come and then you'll be grinning like an idiot.

I drove mine back from North Yorkshire (I live in London...) when I bought it and remember every minute of it.
