Griff being rolling roaded at Austec last Saturday
Discussion
Yes that was me!!
Funnily enough the Griff was also in for an MOT and I thought I might as well have it checked out on the rolling road whilst it was there, arranged beforehand of course. The reason for the very loud exhaust was the Fernhursts sports mod, removing the baffles etc and now that I know the power it's putting out I can honestly say that having this modification done doesn't seem to affect the power at all, well not on mine anyway!
Was very happy with the results of the session and of the all round service Austec gave me. Oh and can I please have a copy of the picture?
Many thanks - Chris

After a couple of runs and much tinkering from Paul he came out the car smiling and said I should be quite happy..
Power figures were:
285bhp
330lb/ft torque
Can't quite remember what the power at the wheels was but I think it was just over 240.
Anyway, all that really matters is that it seems to be a lot more 'instant' in respsonse now and is quicker than ever.
Cheers - Chris
