Well not the biggest thing but shortly will be busking in two places for 2 month periods one after the other.

Now how can i carry on my obsessive gaming over the 4 months?

Would a dongal from Vodafone/O2 do the job or would i have to see what the arrangements would be at the hotel/bb/shared house or where ever im being placed for the time and use a broadband connection there?

i would be amazed if you managed to get a game on Live using the Vodafone or any mobile Dongle - the latency on mobile data is pretty poor

no chance! you'll need wired into a router somewhere, otherwise rhe games will be so laggy they won't be worth playing!

What are you living in?

If you are close enough to the router then wireless should be ok, although not ideal.

Well in a hotel it ain't going to happen, as they will charge you a lot of cash for a crap connection.

In a house share as above.

3G dongle won't work, it's designed to send data in bursts which doesn't work so well for gaming.

You're only option will be sharing wifi I think.

Not always, some hotels just charge a flat fee for the whole time you're there, some may not even charge and will just change the password each day.
