Somebody has ram raided the Texaco petrol station at Kingsclear overnight. There is the rear of an overhead forklift sticking out of the window this morning and a load of cops standing around wondering what to do....

There was an interesting interview on Radio 4 yesterday evening with a representative of an action group against speed cameras (didn't catch the name of the group)it was stated that this year it is estimated that in the South West region alone there will be 165,000 speeding tickets issued................nice profitable little number.

Your favourite Texaco station at Kingsclere suffered an armed robbery last week as well ! Methinks someone doesn't like them !

Talking of robbery, it took Kerensa hours to get to London this morning because the police closed Blackwall tunnel. 4 Aston Martins were nicked in Sevenoaks, the police gave chase and called ahead to have the tunnel closed in order to catch them.

The police spokesman said they caught 2 and the other got away on foot. They didnt say anything about the 4th driver.

Seems to be cars are being nicked to order,,wasnt it last week a load of Porsche's ,a Merc and another motor was stolen from a Dealership they got back all but 2 ,,somehow they got the keys for the cars and security gates.
