Hi,

I'm after a small ish favour from someone with Photoshop skills (I don't have any and the time I have is prohibitive frown)

Would anyone be willing to edit one of (or all of) these three photos (or choose the better one) to adjust the lighting properly - my OH and I don't have many nice photos of both of us and I'd like to get this printed off properly.

Admittedly the photos aren't the best frown

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

James

James, I had a quick go on the lighting on the first shot but couldn't get a meaningful improvement. I think your best option is to use crop. Take a look at my effort, but it's easy to do this in Picasa. Just find the Crop tab and then drag around the area you want. The tradeoff is that the more you crop, the lower the final resolution.

You can see what a great expert I am - I can't even embed the pic!

Thank you - Cropping was my next step, but I don't really like the lighting in the photos and I'd like for them to be toned down/up/made better.

I'll learn how to use Photoshop which I'll probably get over the weekend.

not sure when you say you want to change the lighting, is this any better just slightly cooler and not quite as glowing red?

I'm afraid with the crop on it, the one I posted up here was original size! You could take it up further, but it gets messy quite quickly...

It says the original photo is 2000 pixels tall yet your version is only 600 pixels tall. Did you download a low res version?
