They look like TSW's!
Close to TSW Hockenheims, but those have got a centre cap covering the bolts.
My best guess is Fikse Profil 10, in 17" See www.wheelenhancement.com/FProfil10.htm, though I don't know the car.

If my memory serves me correctly, TSW can do one centre bolts with locking pin and no cap covering them - ala TSW Blades / touring car style. Not 100% convinced on the Hocks though!!
To combat the wheel cleaning problem I use a rubber protector which pushes into the back of the wheel and stops the brake dust. I have seen items in the past suggesting that these shouldn't be used as they reduce cooling to the brakes. I agree this may be an issue on track days but for normal use I can't see the problem. I have used them on my Taimar for over 10 years and have now put htem on the Griff.
They are a universal size and can be cut to suit - not needed for the Griff. The centre piece is metal and you just need to ensure the holes match up with the holes on the wheel.
I also used them on a Chimp we had 4 years ago which had OZ split rim multispokes (same as Dave Morgans) and after the first clean this must have saved us weeks in accumulated cleaning time.
They are around £15 - £20 a pair. I bought them from a car accessory place in Birmingham but this was around 5 years ago. If anyone is interested I will see if they are still there, still sell them and post the details. From what I can remember I had to order them and collect a week or so later.

Think you're the closest, but not quite enough for the cigar.
I shall email Beario, TVM Crayden
To find out what those wheels are you first need a large brown paper bag. put this on your head (as
).
remember to cut eyeholes.
Now go into your nearest newsagent and buy a MXX PXXXR magazine (excuse the bad language!).
A mate of a mate of a bloke down the pub told me that it is chokka block with adverts for wheels. You should be able to spot the wheels in there.
Even better would be to get hold of a Larkspeeed, Demon Tweeks type catalogue where you can browse through lots of wheels.
If you have any teenage boys in the family you will probably find they have a small collection which you could borrow to save the embarresment in having to buy one!
