I am new to the PS3 and after seeking advice on here I purchased COD4, it is a fantastic game and the gameplay etc is brilliant but..... I seem to have completed it very quickly. I mean by the time it came to the epilogue I was thinking....is that it. I need to ask, have I miised something or is it a short game? I am no avid player but I reckon it took me about a week, playing for a hour or so a night (if I average it out)

Thanks
Steve

Baron, I have been on line (Alie415) but I last about 2.5 secs, there are some mean players out there!

I was talking about the actual game, bit short isn't it, although I did try to complete each stage quickly, suppose I could have had a look around more and explored!!!

yeah its a well short game, try it on the hardest level though and that will make it last just a little bit longer, i havent managed to finish it after a year and a half!!!

Never played past the second level on CoD4.

Get some practice on mulitplayer, aim the gun round most of the corners you walk round and never camp.

As said, do it on Veteran, you might spend an hour just doing one checkpoint, and you might find you have a few grey hairs after trying to do the epilogue on Vet.

games are mostly about online gaming now, especially COD4 and COD5.

i think the wording should be-

when you're about to go round a corner,be aiming, ready to fire as there may be someone round the corner.

don't camp. if you kill someone, chances are they know where you are and might come back for you.

Is it just me or is COD4 online now a million times more difficult than COD5? I mean, i can get 15+ kill streaks regularly on COD5, but i went to play 4 on Saturday and was in a group full of people on 10th prestige mode, and i got anialated! Think i went 3-24 or something similar in my first few games!

All of the die-hard COD players must have stayed with 4!

Doesn't help you though does it mate? hehe

You should join the PH sessions, you might last about 2 hours then.

You can't have completed it on the hardest setting.

The game is more suited to the multiplayer anyway.

Mile high club on veteran is actually quite easy, check out the videos on youtube, its more of an 'art' where you have to use your flashbangs at the right point and run like an absolute moron! Remember where the enemy is and shoot through walls. Happy days (y)
