Hi everyone,

Am seriously considering getting myself into one. I have done all the necessary research and reading.

Just one last question as there are none near me to look at & don't want to take time off work if the answer isn't positive.

What are the boot measurements? Will I get a suitcase in there and if so what size?
Aware of the capacity but obviously the shape is a little different to a suitcase.

Please help guys.

The book says 245-300 litres. I guess the differnce is if the boot screen is across or not.

One suitcase is ok, just travel light.

When it stops raining i will get a tape messure out post what i have found.

Just nipped out with tape.

Depth approx 74cm

Width at widest part approx 110cm

Width at narrow bit (were battery cover is) approx 64 cm

I've managed to get a standard suitcase in the boot. Two could be an issue though - the battery does take out one corner.

boot space is no problem as long as you get the correct dimension suitcases. i've travelled to europe with the misses on numerous occasions and managed to fit large case and 3 medium travel bags plus laptop..

You will need to release the folding plastic cover though if you want to get the most out of it's virtical space.

I personally believe the coupe has more boot space than the r/ster varient..

It is a surprisingly large boot - although it's a pity that it's made an odd shape by the battery housing. I can get a large golf bag and electric trolley and battery into the boot. Just have to take your woods out and lay them on the top.
