PS3 keeps signing out please help

has any 1 eles had this problem. For example i was playing a game of COD5 online the other nite and it just kicked me out and a message saying network error you have been signed out. Its so enoying 
. I then sign back in have another game of headquarters {or try) and it takes an age for me to actually get into the game it stays on the loading screen which say SETTING UP GAME... then after about 5 mins it jumps me in the game but by then its half way through. what can this be my conection is fine i dont understand

If you're already using a cable then I'd have a look through your settings on the router and see if there's something there causing it. Nothing comes to mind off the top of my head unless your NAT is too strict.

well i tried reseting my router last nite. after that i went on cod5 tried to play online but it was just downloading game settings for ever so i just gave up but will try again 2nite. thanks for all the advise people
Cod5 did the same for me last night. I only had 30mins spare, so switched to the new MotorStorm.Hope it doesn’t take to long next time. I have little patients.
