Marketing Manager needed

A motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager is needed to join a young and vibrant online web 2.0 company.
Based in the South of France in an English speaking working environment you will be required to :
- Manage the marketing launch of an upcoming B2B online application
- Design, develop and manage a strong multi-market B2B marketing strategy
- Execute and deliver all aspects of a B2B strategic marketing plan to meet key targets
- Channels to focus on online but also offline depending on strategy
- Online campaigns to include Affiliates, PPC, SEO, Email, Viral, Blogs, forums, etc.
- Ensure that all marketing activity is effectively planned, tracked and reported and effectiveness measured
- Identify and verify key target audiences through research, profiling and segmentation
- Identify and test key product messages to provide recommendations on evolution of product.
- Long term :
o Control marketing budget
o Customer Marketing Management
Candidate Requirements
- High standard of education or compensating work experience
- Experience in launching new B2B products to market
- Strong B2B marketing experience including planning, affiliates, social media and SEO
- Strong experience of planning and executing online campaigns
- Experience of subscription marketing techniques
- Must have strong marketing experience gained in fast moving, dynamic business environment.
- Ability to analyse and evaluate performance of direct / online marketing activities.
- An understanding of data and segmentation models.
- An understanding of Internet Technologies is essential
Industry experience
- Awareness of web 2.0 rich internet applications and sites
- Experience of working in an online environment
Competencies
- Self-starter, happy to work on initiative in isolation or as part of a team
- A resilient creative thinker who is flexible and determined
- Comfortable with meeting the challenges of tight deadlines and juggling workload
- Efficient in budget management and finance control
