I am in the process of selling my 98 Chimaera and have had some interest in my car from a gentleman in Switzerland. Apparantly cars built after Jan 1998 can obtain a certificate of conformity which he would need to produce to allow him to import the car without having to make any changes to it to meet regulations. This is how I understand the dilemma so sorry if it is a little vague. He told me he had contacted TVR Motors in London??? and spoke to someone regarding the obtaining of such documentation. Would anyone have any ideas about how I could go about getting th paperwork and where from, and more importantly what it actually is I am after as this is not something I have ever come accross before. Any help would be much appreciated. I have posted this in the Chimeara forum also but would appreciate any feedback!
