Club membership software

I've spent two days scouring the Internet for some club membership software. I want to be able to store member contact details, print address labels and send out e-mails. I need to be able to import member data from either CSV or tab-delimited TXT file. And it's got to be cheap.

So far I've only found one product which fits the bill, and it's got too many bugs to be trustworthy. Can anyone out there suggest something which might work?

Get Access I think that has some sort of DB Wizard for club type stuff.

Frontpage has one as well I believe.

If cost is an issue how about using a free spreadsheet application?
