I remember seeing on here a while ago a system resembling a 4 post car lift with a roof which enabled you to park two cars on your drive. IIRC, you put one on the lift and lowered it underground, and parked the other on top of the lift at ground level. There was a video on youtube showing two of these in operation with 4 lambos but I can't find it. Do any of you know what these were called and where they can be bought? We have a few too many cars at home now and this may be a good solution.

I would strongly recommend a check at Companies House before letting them have any of your money yes

Thanks, Car-Dok looks like the one... A tad pricey though by the looks of things! I was hoping it would be cheaper than a new garage but perhaps not!

I got them to come over and have a chat last year and the guy was going off to firm up the quote, but I heard no more. Is there something I should know?

The fact he never got back to you for thousands of pounds worth of work for himself isnt a good thing!

Zod - I will be in touch with you next week to sort out what went wrong, please accept my apologies for the poor communication - your installation caused difficulties in getting a price from the contractors we tried.

I will contact you this week without fail.

Has anyone had one of these installed? I was thinking of a double one but from the daily mail article 6 years ago, even a single one was £50k + VAT!
