O.K. Lets get serious here..... What's a good colour for a TVR? I saw a TVR purple Chimp with hood to match, and Antigua blue looks good, if a little "steady". Thoughts on Reflex paint, and it's relationship to the hairdressing fraternity? etc...etc...

Chameleon Blue is the ONLY colour to go for (even for non-hair dressers) take a look at the profile.....(actually don't bother the pictures qualities #@?$ - sorry PistonTed!) ------ T11SCN ------ Edited by MikeE on Thursday 18th January 17:59

I rather like the colour of my Cerbie, Crimson Starmist, I haven't seen another Cerbie of the same shade of red and have only seen one other TVR (a Chimaera) with the same paint. Check it out at www.Planet-TVR.co.uk

My Griff 500 was Ferrari Yellow, I wanted the same colur for the Tuscan but got some Citreon colour that was wrong. Painted Tuscan Black and it looked 100 times better. Best colour for Griffs is BRG

Depends on the Tiv. Tuscans look good in blues/greens/purples/greys. (mine is GTS Blue Pearlescent - same as the Dodge Viper). Light colours aren't great. I used to drive a Rosso Pearl Griff (metallic ruby) which was beautiful but a nightmare if you need any bodywork done IMHO capital punishment should be reintroduced for perpetrators of yellow paint

Generally agree, but silver car at fernhurst looked superb. Also reflex colours work better than on a cerbera say, because all the curves catch the light at different angles...

Nah - Halcyon Midas on a Griff with black leather interior, polished ally dash and yellow dials is the dog's nads (at least in my sick mind...). Sadly I don't think they do this colour anymore...
