I know I've shared loads of my holiday snaps with all of you over various threads since Chrimbo and you are all pretty bored, but we went to Disney last night and can only say the fireworks display is simply fantastic. I have no idea how much money these guys spend on a daily basis but it would put London's New Years Eve show to shame and here's a few to have a butchers at....

My skills can't do the show justice, all shot with my 400d, hand-held and with my trusty Sigma 28-70 (wish I'd taken my 10-20 though frown ) - C&C most welcome smile

Happy New Year to you all!

I have to agree disney at christmas is amazing.

We went just as the lights went up.

P.S good shots I got nothing that resembled the castles trailed with fairy lights.

Good Job

Thanks Scott.

I thought the trailing lights had been added since I was last here. I bet the display tonight will be something to see.

Happy New Year!

Lovely shots Bernie, love the castle.

Just got me a 10-20mm too and it won't be coming off the camera for the forseeable future! hehe

How much does it cost these days to go? There are loads of places doing deals, but it's all a mess and nothings that clear.

How long did you go for? Where did you stay?

Cheers,
Andy

P.S. Sorry for the hijack! Keep on the photos people! wink

I think although it's a good lens, it has its place and limitations and I rarely use mine.

I used it at the Kennedy Space Centre and for that job it was perfect.

I had all sorts of problems with walls and lines @10mm when I first got mine, example here. Takes a bit of getting used to, but I take it everywhere with me now. Just have to be a bit careful with angles
