I've just started a new job and picked up my new Laptop which which comes with it yesterday.

It's a Toshiba and full details are here http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/selected_product_option.jsp?z=72&service=UK&PRODUCT_ID=75348&DISC_MODEL=0

Apparently it's got a wireless WAN. What does this mean? Does it mean I can have wireless broadband access as that's something I'm sorting out next week.

Cheers,
Will.

That site says it's an option.

Has it got an extra card with it?

Might be already installed or not. Like this...

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that is wi-fi ready if you add the internal wireless card - decided against it and bought a PCMCIA wi-fi card instead as they are cheaper.
