Anyone heard of or have experience of the company TVR MADS based in Skipton who are advertising several cars in Auto Trader?

My Griff 500 came from James Birkby (TVR Mads)I had no issues with him the company or car. infact it was a pleasure doing business with him (but not as much owning and driving the car )I had agreed to buy it before I had viewed it based on his James reputation and description, the car was totally as represented and passed inspection by Rob Inglby with flying colours.

Just go for it you know it makes sense
The only negative I would say was my impatience to get my mitts in the car as James wanted it just right before I could collect but it was well worth the wait.

Edit to add James is TVR MADS might save some confusion

I myself have just bought from James Birkby (MADS).
My Cerbie is delivered this Friday and to confirm, James does like to take his time preparing the monsters I made the deal last Thursday and the car was in a delivery condition but it's taken this long for them to go over everything again!
This will be my first TVR and for the last week (waiting for delivery) i've hardly slept. Her in doors is so feed up that I've been threatened with the sofa so she can sleep!!
I'll let you know after I take delivery if James lives up to the deal
