Speeding

Can anyone tell me if the police still have to send you a "we're going to prosecute you" type letter within 14 days? I know this is the way it used to be done. I went under a motorway bridge on the way back from the TVR factory the other day and on top was a cop van with cameras pointing into all 3 lanes. I did not see it until the last minute nor did all the other people on the road that sailed under the bridge at about 85ish. That was last Thursday week (14 days ago)and I've still not got a nice picture of my car in the post yet. Just wondering if I've got away with it or not. Cheers, Nick

Well looking at the website thet TVRheart gave me it does look like they must send out a NIP within 14 days. So, fingers crossed !!!
