I seem to see it more and more a Number Plate that's Worth FAR more than the Car..?? Just seen a Old Saab with "RVG 1" I'm sure they have owned it for years but i wonder if they know what it is worth..?? What have you seen..?? What is the Highest Value Number on the Least Value Car..??

Why not? Stick it on a snotter if you're between decent cars. Cheaper than renewing retention every year, plus you can't forget to and lose it.

When John Moores was still alive his Rolls had JM1 and the house keepers mini 850 auto had JM2

Wifey's car is worth about the same as the plate cost me.

It also says you're commiting an offence by finding that out, given that you don't own the car...

M6 on an old Maxi that I used to see in Leicestershire. Have seen old Metro's with very expensive looking plates too.

There was an old red Jag XJS that regularly parked outide my Liverpool abode a few years back which had the registration V12. No idea what it would be worth but a nice plate.

About 15 years ago "NOO 9" was on a Reliant Scimitar, then it was transferred onto a Hilman Imp. Now seems to be a on an A4.
