Please can we have a thread warning?

I really think we need a thread content warning system. 
A few days ago I came across the 'PH thread of the year' where the OP had very kindly linked to a number of astonishingly funny threads. The problem is, I hadn't read a few of these and foolishly started clicking on the thread links..........
(at this point can I remind everyone that i have a serious spinal problem with burst & prolapsed discs in lower back, which causes extreme pain on bad days meaning things like hysterical laughter can cause me lots of problems on bad days!)
Cue thread one - 335d very amusing, enjoyed a lot.
Thread two - Colonic shower head, this is where the problems really started. Good god that was funny! I was approaching unstoppable giggles when I came across another link in the same thread - 'Agent picolax'
This sort of thing is why we need a warning system, holy god I don't think i've ever laughed so hard in all my life!
My wife & daughter came home to find me a heap in the chair in uncontrolable laughter with tears & snotters running down my face, unable to get a grip of myself. This continued for some time, despite me logging off said threads and switching off laptop.
I almost had things under control by the time we sat down for tea, only for certain thread parts to re-emerge in my head as i take a mouthfull of chicken & pasta. Cue choking fit with hysterics again, this sets off 12yr old daughter who finds my antics hilarious, not so the mrs who is getting angrier by the minute
During this choking/hysterics fit is when I manage to severly aggrevate the aforementioned back problems which subsequently ended up with me flat out on the floor in flaming agony! (thanks agent picolax!)
Unfortunately I lost a day yesterday as my back was severely playing up, however the next thread - nazi bunker in garden was highly entertaining without being too painfull!
Today, feeling a bit better, I decided to brave another thread.
Cue - Peeing in the kettle. Jaysus, I don't learn do I? I should have guessed by the title this was going to be bad Much laughter (and back pain) has been endured today.
The trouble is, I've still a few to read; the mate's g/f, stigmund and the ladyboy, fat bint in a boxter. Damn some trouble ahead for me!
So please fellow PH'ers just as we have a NSFW warning can we please have some form of 'hysterics may occur' warning when adding thread links to postings?
