I may be buying my first TVR (Wedge) and need to find an el-cheapo secure garage space or undercover site to rent.

Ideally, Central, North or West London or S. Herts as I float between Knightsbridge and Finchley.

Only have single garge for my other weekend toy and the daily runaround lives outside.

Any help or possible contacts appreciated.

Phil

After some water in my pass footwell I'm looking to do the same.

Try parkatmyhouse.com

Nothing on there for me so I'm resorting to posters in places close to me with garages!

Look on LockupGarages.co.uk (might be hyphonated - search if you have to) I've had a couple of lockups in the Enfield area. Take a good look at them before committing to be sure of turning circles and stuff, but most of them are pretty respectable.

Probably something less than £20 pw, but open to offers if I decide to get this particular car.

Like your air scoop. Is that standard?

I rented a garage from the local council in Hoddesdon - was about 25 a month .. kept my SEAC in it .. worth noting that it was very tight in there ... first thing I did was to stick a bit of carpet of the wall were the drivers door opens - as getting out of the car was difficult and I am a slim chap..next mod to the garage was to get a local lock smith along - who fitted 2 chub style locks at the bottom of the door.. to stop the young scrotes from forcing the door cost about £100.

If you need buying advice - I'll send you my number.

Did you ever try that website, Phil?

http://www.dudrich.co.uk/garage_search.php

My TVR lived in a couple of their garages, before it (I) got my own place.
