I need a couple of new tyres to replace Bridgestone RE720.
I'm thinking of Bridgestone Turanza ER300.

Any opinions / experience?

I fitted a set of them earlier this year and am well pleased with them! The price from my local tyre place was good as well £61 per corner incl valve and balance so not a bad deal at all.

I also fitted a set this year and I am very pleased with them, wet or dry. Same deal as Jimed, very good value.

Are these 205/60x15 or 205/55x15?
What speed rating are they? VR or HR?

Dear Santa........

Just did the online quote with Kwikfit - Two tyres fitted etc £78 each, Blackcircles can do £75. Had two fitted last year at Kwitfit as it wasn't a bad deal. They thought the front tyres were ok but having taken them off the car this Christmas and had a proper look, plenty of tread but there's some bad cracking between. Feel it best to replace them.
Once there's four good ones on i should get a few years out of them.

Hi Wiz - the place I got the tyres from is a small local firm in Preston. I'm not sure if it would be worth your while coming over for them assuming the price is still the same - may not be - but if you want the details PM me.

Thanks Jim. Preston is a bit far even with the diesel hack it wouldn't work out. Hoping it was a national firm you used.
