Explain this strange weather phenomenon to me....

On the drive to work today, it was -1oC and raining.

You could see the rain drops landing on the frost on my car...!

Today has probably been one of the coldest mornings yet this month, yet not a bit of ice to be seen, my car just looked like it'd been pissed on.

Its quite mild where i am, sure its wet and raining now but its 3 degrees and mild for up here in Scotland, the reason i'm glad is i ride a motorbike to work.

That's what I thought until I got into the car park at work, turned left on full lock and carried straight on! Small tug on handbrake and all was good again!

its raining here but then freezeing as it hits the ground i was going to walk into the office this morning but after looking like Bamby on ice i decided to get the bus!!
