k around then you aren't in a mongamous relationship are you?
I as always led to believe, rightly or wrongly, that monogamous relationships were brought about by the Church. And that humans weren't really wired up to have just one partner forever. IE, the ancient hunter males would always be on the look out for the most fertile, and therefore, youngish women. Just as women would be looking for the biggest strongest hunter type, and therefore likely to be of a certain age too.
Or, the wife says I'm monogamous. If I were single, I'd be trying to get a few more notches on the bedpost!

I've only ever cheated on one partner and the guilt was too much to bear and I went straight home, packed my bags, told him and left.
To be fair it was a joke of a relationship and the cheating was more about me proving to myself I wasn't scared of him anymore than actually bumping uglies with someone.
I couldn't cheat again and there is no way that I would want to in my current relationship and I would be devastated if my OH did. I don't actually understand people who continually cheat on their partner or people who deliberately continue affairs with married men/women.

It's a simple question of discipline and principles.
If you want something else, then have the honour, decency and courage to leave the other person first. Otherwise you are no better than a cowardly scavenger stealing eggs from a nest.
I despise people who cheat from whatever perspective or who think it's ok to. No better than petty thieves.
