Tuned into LBC today and was pleased to hear him savage a 'Climate Change Adviser' to Al Gore this morning, deny the existence of MMGW, support Nuclear Power and lay into a 'Spokeperson' for an Energy Company over the criminally high fuel bills.

Yes I'm a James Whale fan. Used to listen to his radio programme when I was 13->17 or so which has undoubtedly shaped my opinion to fit the mould of a typical PHer.

ETA: Maybe I have heard the name, certainly know nothing about him though. Is there a clip anywhere?

I've listened to James Whale for years, although he's now not on Talk Sport I've not found anything to listen to for the 10pm-1am slot, and I keep forgetting that he does the Drive Time show on LBC.

He's been having a go about 'Climate Change' for a long time. He often has Emeritus Professor Philip Stott on his show who also disagrees with MMGW. Stott has his own website about Climate Change here Global Warming Politics

Used to watch him on late night tv. Could never work out whether he was a tosser or not. Seemed to veer from one extreme to the other.

No doubt about it, he was a tt then and I couldn't stand him. He's much mellower now and less aggressive, Ive noticed this with other presenters, Ross used to be equally abrasive in his earlier days

I'm fed up with the elevator music stations and listen to him on the way home from work, he can be quiet entertaining and has some interesting views, absolutely slaughtered some woman from one of the utility companies tonight.

And he does a weekend show with Ken Livingstone now which is ironic.
