Squeaky recaros (02 plate fitted to all S and RS models)

My rather nice recaros have developed a squeak coming from the centre of the backrest part of the seat, adjusting the seat can make it better but never make it completely disappear.
Its when pressure is applied to the centre part of the backrest and its getting worse.
Anyone know of a quick fix or how easily the seats come apart? mine are leccy so gather they will be quite heavy to lug in and out of the car....
