S Series engine oil

Hi all - New to the tvr s world

Just purchased an s1, so wanting to give it a good service. What is the best engine oil to use(grade), and what are the crucial parts to service on the s1?

The chassis has just been wax oiled.

The car is in perfect condition and everything works (electrical too).

I'd use a good quality oil - and not one thats too thin - its a ford capri / granada engine so there's plenty of info about (thats a totally non committal politicians answer if ever there was one!)

I've not long serviced my car and I used GTX magnatec 10w/40 with no problems at all.
