A 2001/2 Puma Thunder is a nice car. Special alloys, leather interior, excellent handling, spirited 1.7 Yamaha designed engine throwing out 125bhp. Remember the fun that Tiff Needell had on Top Gear when they were launched, belting one around a race track. There still isn't anything to touch them in terms cost, chassis refinement/handling and performance imo. A future classic! Buy one...you'll enjoy it. Better still if you can afford it, get a 1999/2000 Puma Racing. Tuned engine, flared arches, somewhat questionable blue inserts on the steering etc but a real gem. Puma Racings are one to be kept...prices will not go lower. Ignore the t
ts who can only comment in term of effeminacy etc.

I've noticed that too. Every morning there's a race out of the village, or so it seems, and toss pot Audi drivers above any other type seem to have to prove they are the fastest. They seem blind to the flowers left on the verge in several places denoting fatal accidents. Sometimes I'm in a 530...does that goad them on - and when I take a '96 Astra Merit it's total carve up time.
why did you not flame those b'stard Audi drivers wid ya 911 turbo??Chewitt said:

just watching a 'dave' version on TG, and the T350C is being showcased with Hammond waxing lyrical about it.
when did he change to s
gging TVR off at every opportunity?
To be serious about it, Hammond seemed to have a change of heart after our Russian friend came on the scene and the claims that were being made about better build quality etc didn't necessarily materialise. He's a Porsche-head at that so maybe it's a surprise he was ever pro TVR.when did he change to s

Seems you've just saved your bacon.
