I don't think it is something kevin could answer in an email - you are asking some questions that have very long, technical (and possibly somewhat tedious, to others on this forum) answers.
Your ambition is to be admired, but with such a technical background you should know that:
a) a car is made up of many, many parts
b) most of them are from different materials
c) getting them made would be a bugger
d) getting them made would be very, very expensive
and
e) getting them to fit right would be a bugger, too.
To be honest, I'm not sure what some pistonheaders are making of your enquiries. I think you seem to have a genuine interest in the project, but some of your proposals are bordering on the ludicrous, unless you happen to have millions in the bank and another 25 years to complete your ferrari project!
Still, it makes for entertaining postings, until Ted pulls the plug...

Essentially what we are all saying is:
If you want a real Ferrari or Lambo, save up and buy a real one, if you want a car that sort of looks like a Ferrari or Lambo, buy a kit from an established manufacturer.
If you want to start a business manufacturing 'replica' cars you need to budget hundreds of thousands of pounds for development before you will be able to sell anything.
Essentially what we are all saying is:

Am I correct in thinking that you can't actually get a Ferrari 'chassis' as they (modern Fezzas) are of a monocoque (sp?) construction?
I'd recommend that Mr Chassis does buy a copy of Ron Champion's 'Build your own Car for 250 Notes' as that has plenty of information about building your own spaceframe chassis. That would give him (her?) a start.
You could buy some replica Ferrari body panels from someone like the Fiero Factory (who make Ferrari 328 lookalikes out of Pontiac Fieros) and strap them to a spaceframe of your own design.
