Getting into central London from Bath Road, Heathrow?

Hi Guys

Quick question as I'm not from London and not that familiar with it. I have a meeting tomorrow at the Renaissance Hotel on Bath Road. Is it best to go round to the terminal to get the tube into London or is there another station I can use?

Personally I'd get a cab to Feltham overground station and get a train into Waterloo. Tube from Heathrow takes ages.

Having grown up there, I always use to get the bus (285 I think???) to Hatton Cross and get the Picadilly line in to town. It does, however, take AGES - though you should get a seat.

Whereabouts in London do you want to get to?

EDIT: I haven't (thankfully) lived there for YEARS so the bus might not be right. Have a look - there's a stop right outside the Rennaisance.

I think you may be able to drive to housnlow or osterly and get the piccadily line into london.
Or alternatively drive a little further in to hammersmith?
