Another successful Mid-Essex meet today...approx 65-70 cars (lost count) and great day had by all again.

The convoy of approx 25 cars all in model order was a sight to behold!...certainly stopped traffic

Alan.

p.s. see everyone at BT&P...

Good question.

Point and shoot and hope.

That's why you have my head in the picture.

I never knew my hair was getting that thin

Yes it certainly did stop the traffic Alan as you all decided to leave the White Hart early and I couldn't get into the pub because I was stuck in the traffic that was letting you all out....Therefore I missed the convoy

I wasn't able to attend today, sadly, but I've just seen the pictures posted. Amazing how spectacular the cars looked arranged by model on the drive. Well done everyone...and particularly to Pauline and Diane It's a good job there isn't a transfer system for RO's like there is in football otherwise Mid-Essex could be turning bids away from other branches!!!!!

I blame Podie as well. I think he needs a new watch or a diary!

I'd like to say thanks to both the organisers of the end point for an excellent show of cars and also for the Mid kent members that made Ali and I feel so welcome on our first TVRCC outing.

Anyway, here are a few of my pics.

Yep - very good meet, and I don't know what Pauline does, but that must have been the 5th meet in a row with great weather!

I'm not sure how much persuading she really needs, but she really enjoyed going for a drive in your car (had to re-write this bit a few times - too many opportunities for nob gags! ) and nabbed my copy of Sprint to read on the way up to Darlington last night! I think if she can find the right car at the right money, then she'd be very tempted
