A quality addition to any London motorist's bookshelf...

have to say I didn't find any tricks in there that I hadn't been using for years, but it's nice to know you're not alone..

From the Back Cover:
Ever sat fuming in a London traffic jam?
Ever been cut up or burnt off (or both at once)?
Ever driven endlessly round in circles looking for a parking space?
If you haven't, you've not driven in London, and the Highway Code is for you. More tea, Vicar?

London driving has its own rules, and they're not exactly what the Highway Code would have us believe. In 'Ducking and Driving', Richard John gives us an essential guide to the real rules of engagement when driving in the capital. He guides us through what sort of car to buy, helps us to 'Know Thine Enemy', and takes us from basic traffic techniques such as Barging, Blocking and the Cut-in, to more advanced techniques such as Brooks' Gambit and Filling Station Turns.
