Thinking of buying a bullet camera to record some of the runs out with my friends.

Has anyone got one, how good are they and where did you get them from?

I havent got the harness bar behind my seats to mount one on so was thinking maybe on the front.

Up load videas for ideas aswell please!

Thanks

I've got one from RF Concepts connected to a camcorder but it can be a bit of a pain as I use it when racing and is a lot of fiddling around to start up plus the sound is pretty crap. A better solution may be one of the solid state recorders that uses memory card which makes recording and downloading to a PC easier plus they are more compact.

The lucky Mrs NG bought me a setup from www.dogcamsport.co.uk, which I am very happy with.

It's a 720 line Sony bullet cam, with a DV500 recorder. Having tried it out on the moors last weekend, I am very happy with the picture it produces. That said, this gift has melted my computer - it simply cannot cope with the files once I try to cut them together. My evenings are now spent trawling the internet to find ways of speeding Sony Vegas up...
