"8.2.1.4 12 months after joining and on each subsequent anniversary, the full Annual Membership fee of £49.50 will be due for Members who paid the Annual Membership fee upon joining, discounted or otherwise."

My interpretation of this is that until the Annual Membership fee has been paid, one is not a member and therefore not entitled to any benefits of membership. As such, any further charges such as monthly subscriptions, usuage charges etc are null and void as subsequent to the non-payment of the annual charge, one is not member.

Is this correct? Or is it the case that until membership has been offically cancelled, all charges subsequent to the annual renewal, including the annual membership charge, are still due? If so, are these monies oustanding still owed, once cancellation of membership is confirmed?

Anyone care to comment?

I'm not sure how on earth you make that assumption from that one sub-clause. I'm guessing though that the other 8 + clauses and their sub-clauses might help though.

It's difficult to draw any conclusions from one sub-clause.
