This must be a current car that you own or drive regularly (at least once a week). I will start the ball rolling with my 2000 Lada Niva 4wd. The manufacturer claims 135kmh (84mph) and 0-100kmh in 17.2 secs. BTW this is the replacement for the stolen Hilux, and is only for taking the dogs for walks and getting me to work in Budapest.

Over to you.....

How about a Citroen ZX 1.9TD estate that can do a maximum of 100MPH (on a private test track of course). It gets very noisy and starts to shake at over 90 though - then again it does have 148,000 on the clock. 0-60 comes up in around 13 seconds...

Cheers,

Paul

with approximately 48 bhp and a 0-60 time of 19.5 seconds, i can safely say that my Fiesta is the slowest car here!

Although it's not been driven for a while, and the fact that I just sold it.
I was the proud owner of a 1958 Morris Oxford, 0-60 in 30ish seconds and a top speed of 75mph, BHP? What's the point in counting!
That has to be the slowest - what's the prize?

My lovely 4 speed Escort 1.3 Popular regularly gets overtaken by large ruminants looking for fresh pasture.
Shoe-size BHP and British Gas chairman's salary 0-60 figures.
Still, it's given me my first few steps on the frighteningly expensive Irish insurance ladder.

I have a 1965 mk1 850, think they have around 34 bhp, haven’t driven it for a while but will be using it soon if my cooper sells.

I own the prize taker! At least at this contest I can have my call and win!

1967 Fiat 850 coupé.

Looks from a Ferrari (it is red!) with the performance of a vespa!
It's good for about almost 100 mph (bitting the redline), but it is sooooo slow it hurts!!!

And it goes very, very loud!!!

Arse! I felt almost certain that my Seicento Sporting would win this one!

I reckon my old Nova's the slowest car here.

But then that is probably because it is now a lump of scrap

Nah mine used to do 88 (indicated) on the M5, more if I slipstreamed Range rovers

Still on a wet roundabout you could get the back end to slide, loads of fun.

My first car was an Austin A30 1954 running an 800cc A series engine. If I still had it it would definately win this.

Mind you I still want to own a Reliant Kitten which would probably be slowest until the fiat twin cam was slotted in

OK, i dont use it every day, but my 3rd car is a LH Citroen Diana Van.You know, the most ugly shed van.
With a 602 twin, she looks great in a 1979 shade of pale blue. But i will have you know, she has a twin choke carb and will top 80, kph. She is so economical, i only fill her up, when she is empty!

And there I was thinking my Smart would win this, it's only got a top speed of 87mph - but this is computer contolled. Gets right on my pecs too. Allegedly it will do well over 100 with the limiter removed, which ain't bad for the engine size.
