Management/directors of Public Transport -company cars?

Do management/directors of Public Transport providers(including privately owned ones) get company cars -or do they get subsidised travel via bus/train/coach?

I recently heard of a chap that hasnt worked for TFL for years and still has his free rail travel card.

I suppose only senior managers get both?- and doesn't it show a lack of faith in their product if they use a car for employment ?

I dont think many of the councils or transport offices are conveniently located near train stations is one issue.

None of the TFL or highways guys I know tube it unless going to a pi$$ up.
