Crime Prevention Trust - Scam?

Just had a phone call from the above "organisation" asking me to continue supporting them by taking out my usual ad in their calendar and diary.

The thing is, I've never taken out an ad in any publication belonging to this body. Once I queried this fact, they hung up immediately.

I have a strong suspicion that this is a scam - so beware.

I smell something fishy and would put a fiver on it being a scam.

Email - scam
Phonecall - scam.
