Where did you get that figure from? The table on page 12 says £9000 per minute.

I take it that George Batten MEP doesn't take any wages from them then...

Ah yes.

"Over-regulation on business costs Britain at least £28 billion per annum". I'd be interested to know how they worked that one out. It is, after all, over half of the total figure that they have come up with.

It does show how stupid CAP and CFP is though.

£9k or £106k a minute - doesn't matter.

We are being shafted by the idiots/politicians .....again.

That's why I, in principal, support UKIP - but still waiting to hear what they plan for the car owner.

Last time I looked at a map the UK was an island and not connected to Europe.

I've never understood what the benefit of being in Europe is.

After all, I could get my parts from Sweden 25% cheaper if we weren't in the EU!frown

CAP and CFP are ridiculous. They should open farming up by getting rid of this nonsense and making it competitive like any other industry. People need to eat so business is guaranteed. So what if some farmers go bankrupt, businesses do all the time. If a farm is failing the land should be bought by the state and opened up to the public. *all pie in the sky though*
