Our gym (Cannons) got one of these in last week and now people are queuing to use the damn thing! People on it look well weird vibrating away looking like they are on an imaginary horse biggrin but a lot of people seem swear by the benefits of it. A quick google search bought up Madonna’s story as well as a few other big celebs and also that it only helps to firm up the body and has no cardio advantages....any of you guys / girls using this new phenomenon and is it really worth giving it the required 15 mins a day?

don't know about 15 mins a day, but my gym has these and they are great for doing a warmdown stretch after a run.

Half the people in the gym haven't got a clue what there doing, Ive seen blokes use it as well.

I've got one. Works well. 2o mins a day. Use it in "addition" to Cardio.

Really tones up your muscles. Takes a while to notice but definately works.

Helps your bowel movemnts too as a sideline.

It is something you can do anytime during the day without getting hot and sweaty.

Gets my vote !!

I have been on them a few times at my gym - I was advised by my instructor that they help to strengthen and tone muscles. I was advised to use them as I have issues with my knees and it has helped them quite a bit.
