Big bolts for bolting into tarmac

Are these Sleeve Anchors what I want for fixing stuff down to my driveway?



I essentially want something whereby I can drill a hole in the driveway, and stick something down it that I can then screw a bolt into, and remove later and refix / remove as required. The aim is to fix down car ramps to stop the little bds sliding around.
